2013 Paul Reed Smith Private Stock Brazilian #4464 Studio Signature Model

This very beautiful PRS Private Stock 'Studio Signature' model weighs just 7.90 lbs. One-piece, 13 inch wide, 1 1/2 inch deep, offset asymmetrical double cutaway (lightly contoured on bass side) solid African figured mahogany body with a stunning, sculptured two-piece, highly-figured book-matched maple top with curly maple binding. One-piece curly maple glued-in neck with a nut width of 1 11/16 inches, a wonderful medium-thick profile and a scale length of 25.00 inches. Back angled three-on-a-side Brazilian mahogany veneered headstock with 'pink heart abalone' Private Stock eagle with mother of pearl outline. Headstock with curly maple purfling and Brazilian rosewood, dome-shaped truss-rod cover, secured by one screw. Individual open back PRS Phase lll locking tuners with hexagonal shaped Ebony buttons. On the back of the headstock is the serial number "13 202638" and "Private Stock #4464 / 7.5.13 USA only / Paul Reed Smith" signature" and "Paul Miles" signature written in gold marker. Brazilian rosewood fretboard with 22 medium-jumbo frets and inlaid 'Pink Heart Abalone' birds with mother of pearl outline position markers and pink pearl dot side markers. Two PRS 408B (Bass) 'humbucking' pickups in the neck and middle position and one PRS 408T (treble) 'humbucking' pickup in the bridge postion. Cream plastic pickup surrounds. 'Studio Signature' electronics with two controls (one volume, one tone), a five-way pickup selector switch and three, two-way mini-toggle 'coil-tap' switches. Clear plastic '12-sided' control knobs with white markings. Combined PRS six-saddle bridge and vibrato system. On the back of the body are two matching mahogany control covers, one 'heart-shaped' for the control cavity secured by three screws and one 'semi-rectangular' for the vibrato assembly secured by four screws. All hardware gold and nickel-plated. This amazing guitar is in mint, as new (9.50) condition. Complete with the original tremolo arm with black plastic tip, Paul Reed Smith letter of authenticity/specification sheet signed by Paul Reed Smith and Paul Miles, instruction manual, warranty, truss-rod adjustment tool and various other 'case candy'. Housed in the original three-latch, rectangular 'deluxe' brown leather hardshell case with black leather ends and brown plush lining (9.50).

The Certificate of authenticity/specification sheet states: "Orchid high gloss nitro finish, pink heart abalone bird inlays with mother of pearl outlines, pink heart abalone side dots as well as curly maple binding along the fingerboard and headstock veneer. This is the first guitar with the Orchid color. The woods on this guitar were personally hand selected by the dealer from the PRS Private Stock Vault. This guitar was built for the USA Only."
