An Incredible Lentz "Blackie".
This incredible guitar weighs just 7.70 lbs. and has a nut width of just under 1 11/16 inches inches and a scale length of 25 1/2 inches. One-piece 'cabinet-aged' ash body. One piece nicely 'flamed' maple neck with a wonderful thick profile and 21 medium jumbo (6105) frets and black dot position markers. Single "round" string tree. Headstock decal with "Lentz" logo in black. Individual Kluson Deluxe style tuners with oval metal buttons. Single 'butterfly' string-tree. Three 'Stratocaster' style Vintage Alnico 5 single-coil pickups with beautifuly matched outputs of 5.47k, 5.62k and 5.61k. Single layer white lacquered nitrate pickguard with eleven screws. Three controls (one volume, two tone) plus three-way pickup selector switch with white plastic tip. 'Stratocaster' style white plastic knobs with ribbed sides and gold lettering. Fender style "Synchromatic" tremolo with individual titanium saddles. This guitar, which was specially made for Fretted Americana is in brand-new mint (9.50) condition. Housed in the original G & G cream Tolex hardshell case with black leatherette ends and burgundy plush lining (9.50).
