This violin-shaped bass has a hollow body with an arched top and back, but no f-holes. It weighs 6.90 lbs. and has a nice, fat nut width of just under 1 11/16 inches and a scale length of 30 1/2 inches. Laminated maple body with flamed maple top, maple neck, and rosewood fretboard with 22 frets and inlaid pearl dot position markers. Headstock with inlaid pearl "Epiphone" script logo. "Viola" on truss-rod cover. Serial number ("U01092159") stamped on the back of the headstock. Epiphone bass tuners with wing-shaped metal buttons. Two mini-humbucking pickups with balanced outputs of 6.48k and 6.64k. Three controls (two volume, one tone) on a white plastic control plate on the lower treble bout. Gold plastic bell-shaped knobs. Rosewood bridge with metal saddles and ornate trapeze tailpiece. This guitar is in mint (9.50) condition. Housed in the original Epiphone black hardshell case with grey plush lining (9.50). With the original lead, the original Gibson gold strap, the original warranty, and the original tag.
