This is one of the earliest 1960s with a '59 profile neck. Weighs just 8.0 lbs. with two powerful PAFs. Laminated maple body, mahogany neck, rosewood fretboard with pearl dot inlays. ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge, stud tailpiece. Bigsby professionally removed (a long time ago). The tuners were replaced with Grovers at one time but are now once again the originals, albeit with replacement double ring Keystone tips. Original hardshell case. At one time in it's life this guitar had a Bigsby tailpiece as evidenced only by two neatly filled 1/8 inch holes on the top. This is a spectacular example with no fading and the bare minimum of body checking.
