Hey Debra, I have to say that I have never seen a guitar that has been better packed than the Black Lentz...she arrived safe and sound...how could she not? I think that a truck could have run over the box and she still would have been fine :-)
Whomever packed her is a true master packer...a Samurai of the packing world...

I let her adjust from the cold for about 7 hours or so before I opened her up...I didn't want a rapid temperature change to affect her in any way...

She is totally amazing and I am very happy with her - and I am also very happy with you all as well...very professional and over the top service.

I will not hesitate to buy from you all again if I see anything that I desire...
