Single Venetian (round) cutaway. This wonderful 'thinline' Washburn guitar weights just 7.70 lbs, and has a 17 inch wide hollow body which is just over 1 3/4 inches deep. Laminated maple body with two single-bound 'f' holes. Maple neck with a nut width of just under 1 11/16 inches, a scale length of 25 1/2 inches and a very comfortable medium-to-thin profile. Bound rosewood fretboard with 20 original jumbo frets and inlaid pearl split-block position markers. The top of the guitar has seven-ply binding, the back of the guitar has five-ply binding, the f-holes are single-bound, the neck is single-bound, the headstock has seven-ply binding and the fretboard has double sets of white & black lines going down it. Black faced headstock with inlaid abalone "Washburn" & "Washington" logo and also an ornate abalone inlay. The back of the headstock has the serial number "01050764" in white. Individual Grover Rotomatic tuners with half-moon shaped metal buttons. Two humbucking pickups with black plastic surrounds and outputs of 7.97k and 8.37k. Three-ply black over white plastic pickguard. Four controls (two volume, two tone) plus three-way pickup selector switch (on upper horn). Gold plastic bell-shaped knobs. Nashville-style Tune-O-Matic bridge, Bigsby-style vibrato tailpiece. All hardware gold-plated. This one owner, twenty-one year old guitar is in mint as new (9.50++) condition. Complete with the original Washburn Limited Lifetime Warrantyand "Buzz Feiten" Tuning System hang-tag. Housed in its original Washburn five-latch, shaped black hardshell case with pale green plush lining (9.50).
